Under Skill Development Nabolok provides training on :

 Poultry and Duck rearing
 Cattle and Goat rearing
 Fish culture
 Cost benefit analysis for marketing
 Hydroponics/ Floating Garden (in waterlogged areas)

Day Observance:

Nabolok motivates all its target populations to participate in observing National and International Days. These International & National Days include World Habitat Day, World Environment Day, Earth Day, International Mother Language Day, Bangla New Year's Day, International Women's Day, May Day, International Children's Day, World Aids day, International Human Rights Day, Liberation Day, Martyred Intellectuals Day, Victory Day etc.
